It is also a thriving community, an urban farm and Australia’s largest deliverer of environmental education. CERES is recognised as an international leader in community and environmental practice. Dinner at Bar Humbug A restaurant not on the tourist trail. Bar Humbug exists at the centre of the newest Melbourne trend – the CBD’s west end. Contemporary photography of west end’s history, featuring present and past urban icons is on display. Its menu is inspired by its business patronage. Friday Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show The world renowned flower and garden Show will be entering its 20th year in 2015 and is regarded as the largest and most successful horticultural event in the Southern Hemisphere. Saturday Free time. By this time you will have realised there is a myriad of things to see and do: the free Red Bus leaving from Federation Square, the free City Circle Tram, the Goal, Fed Square, MCG etc etc. I will be there to help arrange your activity whether it be shopping on your own or teaming up with new friends to visit some of the iconic sights. Melbourne Food Tour and Dinner at Supernormal Restaurant Private guided tour of the city’s best food stores with tastings at the latest foodie hotspots. Dinner at Supernormal, the latest addition to the renowned Andrew McConnell restaurant group. A glass of wine and desert included. Sunday Yarra Valley Wine Tour Private tour in a luxury Mercedes 14 seater coach. Three or four wineries including Domaine Chandon. Lunch at Coombe-Melba Estate, once the home of Dame Nellie Melba. Enjoy the Estate’s stunning gardens before heading to sample cheeses at the Yarra valley Dairy followed by a visit to the White Rabbit Brewery. Lastly finish the chocolate factory for a sample and a relaxing coffee. Monday Pop Up Patch roof top garden at Fed Square. Visit includes an Edible Garden Workshop where you will be guided through the basics of soil, climate, watering, composting, planting and pest/disease control.
