Here is a follow up on Charter, after two weeks and six tec out here they have finally got my problem solved and resolved. Yeah never say it cant be done.Seems the way my house was built they could not get to proper wiring of cable, thanks to Sam the builder for that ! Finally sent someone with the smarts to come out and figure a way to get to run new cable, seems my cable was bad also and needed to replace, may I add I was charged 50 extra dollars for that,thank you Charter! but get this they gave me a 20 buck coupon because the tec was 20 min late,lucky me,Got me up and going and all services going.THANK GOODNESS!Seems a lot of the tec knew what a pain in the butt and many hours of work it would take to fix and were passing the buck to another.Hmmm oh well I am back to a happy camper today. Go Charter!
