Here is a great video on classic broadcast gear being repurposed for the ham radio HF bands. I am sure William Mountjoy would love to tune into this one from his heavenly loft. His estate had literally dozens of these mixers, and microphones, some of which reside in the Birthplace of Country Music Museum (Smithsonian affiliate). This equipment was the conduit that delivered music and information to millions of American homes across the frozen plains.
