Here is a link to a GPG program for Windows gpg4win.org/ If you want to encrypt stuff, you can read the documentation (I know, that always sucks) and download and install it. It is made by the same folks that make GPG for Linux, but this is for Windows. Here is a crapy video tutorial on kinda how to use it. The guy obviously is just copying some other tutorial but its a visual referance for you. When he talks about the secret key, what that is is your private key, you want to keep that in a secure location such as a USB drive, you use it to decrypt messages and files sent to you, so if someone else gets it, then they can also decrypt stuff that was meant for you. The public key on the other hand, is meant to be given out, it allows people to encrypt (scramble) messages and files meant for you, this is what he used to encrypt the address, and why he could not decrypt it, because he did not have the other persons secret key (he really made himself look retarded there).
