There are possibly 3 more who may be able to confirm their commitment in the next couple of days but it would be a great help to me personally if at least 5 or 6 more were able to sign up. We have 12 who have responded as Maybe so it would be wonderful if a few of them were able to join the event. The event will NOT be cancelled regardless of the financial shortfall and everyone will get paid as promised - from my point of view this is unlikely to ever be repeated and I am keen to find out what can be created on such a limited budget. SAT NAV - the address is Windmill House, Long Lane, Linton, CB21 4NS Google Maps - bit.ly/1f3WnNI Drive to the very very end of long lane until there is no where else to go but through a wooden gate into the WindmillArt garden - there should be someone at the entrance to guide you to the parking area - but if not then follow the tracks and chem lights and park as close as possible to other cars. Please make sure you will not be blocking anyone in. Do not park beyond the line of Apple Trees. Once parked please make your way towards the Windmill. The parking area will be lit. SCHEDULE is as follows - WindmillArt Assistants to arrive at 12 noon Models MUAs Hairstylists and Pyrotechnicians to arrive 3:30pm - 4pm Photographers to arrive by 4:45 to 5pm Photographers meeting in Windmill at 5:10pm Pyrotechnics and Poi to commence at 5:30pm Break 7pm to 7:30pm Joan of Arc 7:30pm to 9:30pm or later if needs be. EVERYONE needs warm clothing - I recommend thermals as well as adequate layers. You will be walking on damp grass - wear adequate footwear to keep the water out and the heat in. Weather report is Overcast 9 degrees C. FREE TEA and COFFEE is provided - DO bring your own food to eat during the break at about 7pm. TOGS need a good tripod; a DSLR or equivalent with a BULB setting on the shutter and full manual control of F stops; a remote wired or wireless trigger for the shutter; a 50mm lens or a Zoom which includes 50mm in its focal range. That is it. Anyone with a Variable Neutral Density filter may want to bring it however I am supplying all Togs with sheet ND filter Gels to be held over the lens if and when necessary. This will be explained at the Togs meeting at 5:10pm. If anyone needs a lift form Cambridge Station - please let me know.
