Here is a list of specific needs for the block party. This list includes the need for certain volunteers or things you might have that we could borrow for the weekend of July 19-21. Volunteers Still Needed Friday Volunteers Needed (5pm-8pm) *Cook (grilling burgers and hotdogs) *Cotton Candy Station *Bouncy House Station *Security *Booths (we have booths planned...just need you to work booth) *Someone that can make figures out of balloons *Face painting booth *Angry bird booth Saturday Volunteers Needed (10am-2pm) *Guide K/1st *Guide 2nd/3rd (Guides take children from station to station...provide guidance and safety) Items Needed Canopies/Tents (like ones you would set up at the beach) Any connections of a DJ or someone with huge speakers to play music Friday night Any crafty person that could make us a huge pirate ship for decoration Large grill (Friday night) *Please call, email, or text me ASAP and let me know if you are led to volunteer for one of these roles or have items that can be used. *Please pray for this event everyday. We want this to be a huge success for our church and community. I have a goal of 100 kids in attendance for the first night. Please pray that we are blessed to exceed this number!
