Here is a list of the new honeys i sell and their properties, please note the 300ml jars are not available yet, but they will be coming very soon ;) Raw Thyme Honey (£15 per kg) A very popular light honey, delicious taste, good for fighting colds and infections of the chest (currently out of stock) Raw Heather Honey (£15 per kg) A fairly dark set honey, rich in pollen and therefore protein, very classic honey taste Raw Oak Honey (£15 per kg) A mild dark honey, rich in minerals and antioxidants, very fruity and tasty Raw Chestnut Honey (£15 per kg) A very dark honey, rich in minerals, slightly malty and bitter taste Raw Rosemary Honey (£15 per kg) Rosemary is a very light honey with a mild taste, good for digestion and stomach complaints Raw Orange Blossom Honey (£15 per kg) A delicious, mild, light honey, rich in vitamin c, one of the tastiest Raw Lemon Blossom Honey (£15 per kg) A mild, light honey, also rich in vitamin c, comes runny, but sets quite quickly.
