Here is a list of tips I have come up with for anybody just starting. Print them out, put them on your fridge or somewhere handy that you will see them every day: 1. Be confident. Be consistent. Be optimistic. 2. Take 2 pills NO LESS than 30 minutes and NO MORE than 60 minutes before your 2 biggest meals of the day. Some people take 3 pills each time. Yes, the bottle runs out faster, but its really your preference. 3. Drink LOTS of water!! 4. A diet is not required, but low fat/low carb definitely helps. Same with exercise. If you can squeeze in 5-10 minutes of any kind of workout, it’s better than none. WATCH YOUR PORTIONS!!! Listen to your body and stop eating immediately when you feel full. 5. I would suggest taking before pictures (side views are the best, easiest to judge) right away and also taking measurements and weighing. Then, don’t do it again until after 2-4 weeks. Weighing yourself too much is the worst thing you can do. Many people lose inches before pounds and when the scale doesn’t move, it can be very frustrating and make people think its not working and give up. Stay off the scale as much as possible. Judge your success by inches lost and how your clothes are fitting you and your energy levels. 6. The amount of time it takes to see results is different for everybody. For example, When I was on it for 1 week, I noticed changes. More energy, no eating out of boredom, and I lost 5 pounds (most likely from not snacking all the time). Besides cutting out snacking, I didn’t change my diet at all. I ate what I wanted, just smaller portions. I was exercising about 30 minutes per day, I lifted weights and rode the stationary bike. BUT, there are other people that don’t notice any changes until they are into their 2nd bottle. It really depends how off balance your metabolism is and how much work SF needs to do to get your body back on track. 7. Give it 90 days!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. KNOW YOUR HEALTH ISSUES. If you are an unhealthy person, please expect that it may take longer for you to lose weight. Reason being is that you need to get healthy first before your body will be READY to lose this extra weight. You may have some health issues due to the that that you are overweight. (please believe I am not being rude here, as I myself was almost considered obese when I started my journey). In the beginning of starting your Skinny Fiber journey (ONLY if you are unhealthy) you may consider taking 2 capsules 3x a day. If you do this you may need to buy (the first month you join) the Buy 2 get 1 Free or the Buy 3 get 3 Free so you have extra product. You see normally 1 bottle will last you 30 days if you take 2 capsules 2x a day (there are 120). So if you take 2 capsules 3x a day or 3 capsules 2x a day you will need 180 capsules for the first month. If you are unhealthy I highly suggest taking the 6 capsules for at least 2 months (60 days) without fail. 2. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. The directions say to drink 8 ounces of water when you take your capsules, but personally for me I drink 16 ounces (a full water bottle). Then in between my next dose I will drink another 16 ounces. For me, this was the hardest part of taking the product. I was NEVER a water drinker! But now drinking water has become very easy.. 3. TAKE IT EVERY SINGLE DAY! This is usually the hardest for people to do... They order the product, take it maybe every other day, forget doses and then tell me they want a refund... Seriously??? Come on!! If you are SERIOUS about finally getting healthy, waging war on this obesity epidemic, then we need to do this completely COMMITTED! Set a reminder on your cell phone. If you come to me and say this product doesnt work, I am going to ask you 2 questions. How unhealthy are you? And... Did you take the product (honestly)? 4. WHAT IF I DON’T EAT ON A NORMAL SCHEDULE? I get this question all the time. My answer is take the Skinny Fiber product as if its medication.
