Here is a little CKO pep talk for those of you in the challenge, just starting out, feeling sore, and maybe a bit tired - starting a fitness routine is always going to shake up your world a little bit, change your schedule and sometimes your body will rebel. The MAIN things you can do to achieve success is stay consistent, address the aches and pains with proper rest, heat and ice (I also highly recommend Chiropractic/massage care), EAT properly for recovery and try all the classes we offer to mix it up!
