Here is a little article to read before hitting the grocery store! These are 10 items to make sure you add to your list. Make sure you get plenty WATER and TEA!! Lots of seafood, chicken, turkey, beans, fruits and veggies. Mashed Cauliflower makes an excellent mashed potato substitute, use couscous and quinoa instead of rice! or replace your evening carb with a salad (i.e. instead of a chicken wrap using a tortilla use romaine lettuce and have a lettuce wrap!) I will be posting tips, and recipes throughout the day and PLEASE free to do the same!
