Here is a little background on Ranger: Sweet Ranger was picked up on the side of the road Sat. in SC. he was dumped there due to his condition, which you will see in the video. He is an adorable 3 month old lab x puppy who weighs 12 pounds. he arrived at our vet this morning and is getting a full exam incl xrays and blood work. we will post an update as soon as we have one.
