Here is a little #motivationmonday #core challenge for you! (you know just in case you were looking for one :)) Try these Stability Ball Pikes or the 2cnd version which is a bit more advanced (2cnd part of the video) - this is one of the best exercises to work your entire core! Be sure to engage your transverse abdominis (deep lower abs) before you perform the pike to ensure you are using the proper muscles to lift you up! Have a great Monday everyone....
