Here is a lovely quote from our amazing customer SUSAN RUSSELL . I think that womens fashions in the 1950s were the epitome of femininity, from the fitted pencil skirts and wiggle dresses to those with flared skirts and nipped-in waists, all worn with fully fashioned seamed stockings of course! I have recently started taking Modern Jive dance classes, and we are normally dressed in either jeans or leggings for these, so when we had our recent Christmas party it felt lovely to be able to dance more suitably attired in my red Megan dress, the swirling of the skirt and petticoat as I was spun around by my dance partner felt wonderful. The Megan fits me beautifully; I accessorised it with a black vintage belt, black rose vintage earrings, black rose pendant and black rose hairpiece, and many of the other ladies paid me compliments on the dress which also made me feel good about the way I looked. They were surprised about the cost as they were expecting it to have been a lot more expensive, so I was more than happy to tell them where I had got it from. Thank you Nyla Rose.
