Here is a meditation exercise for anyone who has a few minutes... Take a breath. Now realize the breath you just took is a miracle and a gift. Really think about it. Now go outside and look up in the sky and realize how wonderful it is that you are breathing and can look up into the sky. Then listen... really listen. What do you hear that you normally wouldnt hear if you hadnt taken that moment to do so? And now feel the earth either with your hands or your feet... thank gravity. Now go back inside and taste something sweet, salty, sour or bitter. Isnt it wonderful to be alive? Take a breath.
