Here is a move to try... Works the shoulders, triceps, chest, abs and obliques A) Start in plank with wrist directly under shoulders B) Bring right knee toward chest and tap right foot with left hand C) Return to plank D) Repeat on opposite side for 1 rep. Try this move with Tabata intervals instead of reps... Perform the move for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Do the 20/10 intervals 8 times Give it a try...No Excuses!
