Here is a nice breakfast smoothie for those on the run in the morning. - 1 cup organic coconut milk beverage. Not the full fat one. - 1 banana, mine in the pic was quite ripe but still does the trick. LOL. - 1 tbsp natural peanut butter - 1 tbsp PB2, this time I tried the chocolate flavored one. - 1 scoop Whey protein Isolate: When choose a protein powder, I always choose one that contains is no more than 1 gram of carbs per scoop. Has no added artificial flavors and colors. If you find the smoothie a bit too thick, you can just add a bit of water or ice. Note: You can also add soe extra fiber in the way of ground flax, chia seeds, salba seeds. Or sometimes Ill 1 tbsp of dry organic oats. You can also add some extra flavor with a drop or two of vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, a few tsp maple syrup or ram honey. Enjoy! :)
