Here is a peak at what is to come for the Pumpking!!! After all the troubles experienced with the last shop and build we are taking things to the next level. From the ground up. We started by commissioning H Squared Racing Engines to build a bullet proof complete engine assembly. Halston AKA Bo put together a parts list that should be good to well over 2000 hp. Including a Callies Ultra Billet CCW crank along with Ultra Billet I beam rods and custom spec full spherical dish pistons made by Wiseco. The block is topped off with a set of Mast 305 Black Label Heads I picked up on a road trip from Justin Northshore Speeds Blue Devil with Victory titanium intake valves and Inconel exhaust valves. A set of TD shaft mount rockers and Morel short travel bar lifters will keep the Big bump stick in check with a set of 1/2 pushrods. John Bewley at LJMS was in on the cam specs just like the last build and is always there for guidance when I need him. Josh at A&A Corvettes got us set up with a new 10 rib bracket and damper to help keep the belt from slipping and making power. From there we were left with a big issue to handle. Who was going to fab up the new IC piping and tuning? After talking with several well qualified shops and fellow racers I had to go with the guys that have impressed me with their continuous innovation. My crew chief in the streets and at the track and most of all good friend and brother Zach Park AKA DOPEFEDLSX went to work with our close friends D3 Performance Engineering and it was a no brainer. Their quality of work and proven track record put them above the rest. We are installing and tuning using a PRO EFI system with all the bells and whistles. Were going to need this when tuning a 3-400 shot of nitrous from Aaron and Ryan Nitrous Express on top of the F1X blower from ProCharger!!! Were hoping to have the car at D3 in a couple of months when the engine is complete and back on the road by Christmas. Next year is going to be crazy. Were on the hunt for 7s and a new driveline is in the design stages now.
