Here is a prime example of why you should NEVER go on a Diet to LOSE weight! Rather we should seek weight correction through lifestyle adjustment with Health as the goal & not a number on a scale. The fact of the matter is that 1. Subconsciously we do not want to LOSE anything, even if that thing is bad for us. 2. When you Go ON a Diet you are telling your subconscious mind that you Will be going OFF the Diet and 3. By simply adjusting eating habits properly allows the body to naturally, automatically seek its correct weight. I know, because that is what I did 6 yrs ago
