Here is a properly verified and signed results certificate from Chongwe constituency. ECZ, the manager of the election signed and so did the stake holders on whose behalf ECZ is managing the election. ECZ cant say political party agents are not required to sign the verified results. That is wrong and unacceptable. In a country like ours where credibility is in short supply, all stakeholders need to verify and sign papers where their interests lie. Besides ECZ cant have different standardd and procedures for each constituency. Why have a properly verified and signed certificate in Chongwe but tolerate a lower standatd in Lusaka central where only an ECZ official signs?
