Here is a question for you. If people (general public) are willing to go into a coffee shop and buy a slice of squiggy (is that a word) cake for £3.50 or $3.50 or whatever, why is it that when they come to a bespoke cake decorator wanting a unique, hand made, designed cake - crafted just for them, and feed 75 people they are surprised at the costs and think it should be less than £3.50 per slice? How does this get to be? Where is their logic? ...:) Kx
