Here is a quick but effective workout I do on my days off between heavy sessions. Doing some core specific works helps me keep my back injury under control (I have had a prolapsed disk since 2010) and the rotator cuff work helps keep the shoulders stable, mobile and generally healthy. A1: German hangs: 4 sets x 4 reps 90 rest between sets B1: Turkish get ups 3 sets x 3-5 reps 90 rest between sets C1: Isometric leg raise holds on rings 4 sets 30 secs 30 rest between sets D1: Plank on hands D2: Side plank D3: Side plank D4: Plank D5: Bridge D6: Back press D7: Superman hold 60 secs of each hold no rest between exercises https://youtube/watch?v=F_HqEyUhthY
