Here is a quick & easy dessert which I whipped up last night. PEACH & SULTANA CRUNCH 80g can sliced peaches 1 1/2 Tab cornflour 2 Tab lemon juice 1/2 cup sultanas TOPPING 60g Butter 1/2 cup quick cooking oats 1/4 cup plain flour 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tea cinnamon Drain peaches, reserve syrup. Blend cornflour with lemon juice in pie plate, add reserved syrup and then cook on HIGH in microwave for 2 min or until mixture boils & thickens. Stir in peaches & sultanas, sprinkle with topping, cook on HIGH for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Topping - melt butter in bowl and then stir in remaining ingredients. ENJOY :)
