Here is a quick workout that anyone can adapt for their needs. If you cant jump, raise up on your tip toes. If you cant use weights yet, do the action with a tightly clenched fist, or wrap a scarf around your fists and pull it taught and hold it taught. I know starting out is hard. After a year of chemo and nearly constant bed rest, my muscles are weak. My body is soft and honestly my want to is shallow. We can do this together. Now get up! Turn off th TV.
