Here is a really easy and yummy Chocolate Slice recipe: Made in the saucepan Melt 4oz or 125g butter and 1 cup brown sugar Cool slightly, add 1 egg and stir well Add 1/2 cup coconut 2 tablespoons cocoa 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup SR flour Place mixture into a slice pan and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in a moderate 180 degree oven. Ice with chococlate icing while hot. Icing 8 heaped tablespoons of icing sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa 1/2 teaspoon butter melted in a little hot water Add water slowly to the icing sugar until correct consistency.
