My brain was, evidently, in neutral -- and now Ive forgotten what I was going to add for my editing!! Go figure! LOL! Yall have a great day! :D On the way from work tonight, I was listening to a CD by a family who was recently with us on our Open House day at my church. A particular song was about God being good to us even in the valley. I began meditating on the verse from Psalm 23 which says, Yea, though I walk through the VALLEY of the shadow of death, thou art with me. And I thought, if God is with us in the Valley of Death -- arguably the worst valley we will ever face -- He is surely with us in all the other valleys we go through! > In the Valley of Doubt, He is with me to strengthen my faith. > In the Valley of Difficult Decisions, He is with me to give me wisdom. > In the Valley of Distress, He is with me to bring peace and calm. > In the Valley of Disappointment, He is with me to dry my tears. > In the Valley of Defeat, He is with me to help me rise against the odds. > In the Valley of Danger, He is with me to shield and protect me. > In the Valley of Despair, He is with me to overwhelm me with His presence. > In the Valley of Dread, He is with me to give me sweet assurance. > In the Valley of Debt & Destitution, He is with me to supply my needs. > In the Valley of Darkness of Soul, He is with me to give me Light. > In the Valley of Declining Health, He is with me to give me eagles wings. > In the Valley of Dashed Dreams, He is with me to create new paths. > In the Valley of Deception, He is with me to teach me Truth. > In the Valley of Departures, He is with me as my Friend and Comforter. > In the Valley of Depression, He is with me to lift me from the doldrums. > In the Valley of Deaths Shadow, He is with me to take me as His own to be forever more truly alive than ever before!
