Here is a short video clip from Carolines group performance at her gymnastics Christmas show last night. She has had an absolute blast with gymnastics at the local Y! We put her in not because we want her to become a first-class gymnast, but rather for the social and physical / strengthening aspects, which have been beneficial as we address her current sensory processing challenges. Caroline had an absolutely fabulous and caring instructor, and enjoyed enjoyed the class so much more than we could have ever imagined. When she wants to do something, theres no holding her back!
