Here is a strange prairie chicken outtake of the video we posted earlier about Kobach bragging that 72% of people who tried to register to vote actually able to do so. This is from the same speech but has Kobach boasting that if the prairie chicken is an endangered species, then Im an endangerer and Im happy to be one. We understand that there are lots of opinions on what and when species should be listed as endangered but it is just odd to see the states chief elections officer boasting about endangering one.
