The body degrades over time because you hold the idea of death uppermost in your mind. Affirm that you are life and the indestructible nature of your spirit. Affirm that the body is life orientated and energy and well as indestructible as your spirit. Apply it to every organ, blood vessel, nerve, organ and bone. Do it with conscious determination to succeed in changing the nature of a body which will stubbornly resist you.
