Here is a video of Plyo push ups from (what I consider) P90X3s most difficult workout called Complex Upper. Working toward a complete 180 in the air. In this program you do 12 chin ups, 8 of these, 12 Plyo lunges/shoulder press with weight, 12 pull ups, and 12 plank/crunch opposite elbow to knee combos. Over and over and over again. Feel like I am going to puke after every time I do it--a good puke of course.
