Here is a video of my client Rolando demonstrating a seated row. In the left video Rolando is performing improper form which is commonly seen in the weight room. In the right, he is demonstrating exceptional form. The seated row is a good way to correct posture and strengthen the mid to upper back. Keep your abs tight, shoulders back, shoulders depressed and engage the middle of your back by squeezing between your shoulder blades as if you were holding a pencil with your back. Keep your neck neutral and back straight. Form, technique and tempo will always get you to your goal faster with lower risk of injury. TrainingIsMySport
