My leg is extended, heel facing up, make your leg tight, keep core stable to focus on hamstrings and glutes. Switch legs. 2. Bend leg to have sole of feet in air. Focus on glutes. 3. Focuses on outer thigh and hips 4. Inner thigh, have toes facing away from you.
