Here is another one that just makes you shake your head and wonder......why. at 3.10pm yesterday a man was stopped in Cremorne for going through a stop sign with out slowing down. Subsequent checks find his licence was in fact suspended for fine default. The man was issue a field court notice and an infringement for the stop sign. Quoting the police the man blew up (of course its our fault) all but stating he would drive again. The man was directed not to drive. Police gave him the benefit of the doubt and left the man but broadcast a keep a look out for the vehicle in case he drove. At 3.39pm the same man is spotted driving again in North Sydney, he trys to get away but the HWP manage to stop him and he is again issued a field court Notice to attend court and again blows up yelling and screaming at Police. The man is again told not to drive. Unbelievably at 4.05pm the man is again seen driving, when stopped this time the man refuses to get out of the car, to the point he had to be removed and handcuffs applied. This time he goes to the station and is charged with bail conditions issued not to occupy the seat of a motor vehicle...... three times in under an hour, and you wonder why we get so frustrated some times!!!!!!
