Here is another squat tip. Squats are arguably the BEST exercise overall for your entire body. You want to get the most out of them for optimal growth. There are many different techniques but the most important aspect in any exercise is full range of motion. Once you can master this, then you can start to fool around with bands, pause squats, half reps, etc. The full range of motion in a squat is displayed here. The further you can get your ass down to the ground, the better, and this is largely about mobility. So lighten the weight and work on going as low as you can without turning the movement into a good morning. Once you feel a stretch in your glutes and hamstings explode back up. Keep your feet stable like they are stuck in concrete and remember to create a ledge on your upper back by squeezing your scapula together and up. Happy squats!!
