Here is better video but at this distance, it is hard to see what if anything is in his hand. Again, I want to ask, what probable cause did this cop have to confront this man in what they are calling a routine check. This store is open, people are coming and going. As far as I know, the cop was not called because of any disturbance because they said it was just a routine check at the store. The only thing routine I am seeing is police encounters ending in death.
