Here is my 19th 30 of 2014. My longest mirror ever and second heaviest mirror to date. At 34 lbs. 4 oz. and 41 inches long I hope to capture her again at peak fall, winter or spring weight where Im sure she could be well over 40 pounds. She gave a tremendous battle taking several long runs and giving it her all from initial run until she was released. I normally dont name my fish until they are recaptured, but the power, length and beauty of this fish along with my desire of wanting to catch her again made me decide to name her now. Red October seemed like a fitting name, and my hunt to recapture Red October is on in full force! :) This stunning beauty fell to a double pop up rig of two Squid & Octopus 15mm pop ups fished just off the bottom.
