Here is my attempt at a scathing letter to Time Warner, to the people who work for Time Warner and a warning to you that have Time Warner. Since Tuesday we have not had cable, internet,....nothing that we pay for from Time Warner. We have been to their office on 2 different occasions. We have talked on the phone with them multiple times, have contacted them via Facebook and Twitter. The soonest appointment we could get was today at 9:00 am. Are you kidding me? It takes 4 days to get someone here? They dont care how much work I have missed...They dont care that I am missing work now. An 18 year old with a valid ID has to be on the premises at all times while the Time Warner technician is here. I have been a time Warner Cable customer since they bought out the company they did years ago. So technically we have been with the same company for 20 years Id say. Now while I am at home waiting on them at the time..they scheduled...they call me and tell me it will be another 30-45 minute wait. The technician said he just got my work order. AMAZING since that work order should have been printed Tuesday. So if any of yall work for any of Time Warner competitors, please give me a call. Or inbox me. I will gladly entertain the service you offer as well as technical support. I will gladly hand my stuff back in to Time Warner. They have proven LOYALTY and their customers mean nothing to them. Im having to use my Hot Spot from my phone to write this since I am still at home with no representative here or service!!!
