Here is my idea. Those doing this to Justina talk about feeling pressured, but honestly I do not see where people have even really begun to put pressure upon them. One example of real pressure I can think of would look like doctors, lawyers, their staff, journalists, actors and others finding a means to go undercover in psychiatric facilities nationwide. To do this they would need to fake a psychiatric illness as was done decades ago by Dr. David Rosenhan and his staff. To really shine a light upon what is taking place and put it under a microscope people would need to get into this system covertly, talk to those within, document what is observed, and publicly report their findings. I can think of no faster way to collapse this corrupt behavior then to simply put it under public scrutiny. Vet it in its entirety. I am of the opinion that the abuse and travesties found would shock people beyond comprehension, even when things are working the way some people believe they should, where people are not taken by force without appropriate investigation. What is happening to Justina is really a symptom of a much bigger and growing problem that dates back decades. In Justinas case things are simply more severe and obvious then typically seen. Anyone with some basic knowledge, intelligence, practice, and acting skill can deceive the majority of mental health practitioners. Considering this, how then can they actually correctly diagnose anyone, let alone treat them? The purpose would be to show that the methods used by psychiatry and the reasoning of psychiatrists themselves is flawed to the point of showing serious incompetence. That the medical care and miss treatment of people in this system is common place. That many people whom need the most care and most assistance are bombarded by nonsense and falsehoods they are really unable to combat.
