Here is my menu for the next three weeks! I have been doing some research and found some yummy new fall dinners. Tuesday, November 5th Minestrone Soup with Cheddar Biscuits- A rich and hearty soup filled with vegetables, beans and pasta. It is just the perfect soup to dip a cheddar biscuit into. Price- $26.00 (Serves 4) or $14.00 (Serves 2) Wednesday, November 6th Traditional Irish Shepherd’s Pie- Ground beef, carrots, peas and onions are combined in a rich tomato based gravy then topped off with garlic mashed potatoes. This hearty combination is then baked till golden brown. Yummy! Price- $28.00 (Serves 6) Thursday, November 7th Moms Spinach Salad- I grew up on this yummy spinach salad that has a sweet and tangy dressing! It was always a favorite at dinner parties and showers. It starts out with baby spinach leaves, sliced egg, mushrooms and of course crumbled bacon. Top it off with a sweet dressing and you’re hooked! Everything is served in individual containers so people can customize their own salads. Price- $25.00 (Serves 4) or $14.00 (Serves 2) Tuesday, November 12th Beef Stroganoff Soup with Orecchiette Pasta – All the yummy flavor of beef stroganoff but a bit lighter being in a soup. Served with chives and sour cream to garnish and a French baguette. Price- $28.00 (Serves 4) or $16.00 (Serves 2) Wednesday, November 13th Chicken Breasts Sautéed in Apple Cider with a side of Smashed Potatoes- This is a sweet and savory dish that starts out with soaking the chicken in rich buttermilk before cooking. The finished chicken is then covered in a liquid gold apple cider sauce that has chunks of apples in it. Price- $28.00 (Serves 4) or $17.00 (Serves 2) Thursday, Novembers Doom 14 Turkey Meatloaf and Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes- This isn’t your Mothers meatloaf! It starts with sautéed onions, fresh thyme, lean ground turkey, breadcrumbs and rich tomato based broth. Then top it off with garlic mashed potatoes that have a parmesan cheese crust. Price- $26.00 (Serves 4) or $15.00 (Serves 2) Tuesday, November 19th Italian Meatball Soup- This is a hearty vegetable soup that has the extra surprise of tiny meatballs! Serves with Crusty bread to soak up what is left in your bowl. $26.00 (Serves 4) or $15.00 (Serves 2) Wednesday, November 20th Chicken Marsala with Mashed Potatoes- Pounded thin chicken breasts and mushrooms are smothered in a rich yummy marsala wine sauce. $28.00 (Serves 4) or $15.00 (Serves 2) Thursday, November 20th Stuffed Pork Loin Chops with Roasted Vegetables- Double thick boneless pork loin chops are split and filled with a mixture that consists of sun dried tomatoes, thyme, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and of course garlic. These are baked till golden brown and served with roasted fall vegetables. $28.00 (Serves 4) or $17.00 (Serves 2)
