Here is my review of tonights viewing of Pararnormal Activity: The Marked Ones: Eh, it was ok. I actually liked the premise of the movie. It took a decidedly more male and ethnic turn this time (a nice change). The handheld camera thing is too worn and in this one was so badly shaken that I had to look away several times. If there was an explanation as to why these guys were filming everything, I didnt catch it. While it was nice that it was different, it didnt capitalize on the psychological build as well as previous ones. I was only scared for perhaps 5 minutes. I love scary movies because I like to be scared. And I hate them because they scare me. I could have used more scare. And perhaps more cowbell. I didnt have my husband check behind the shower curtains afterwards and wont think much more about the movie starting right ...
