Here is my short but sweet Plexus testimony:) Ive been on the products for 10 months and have noticed that I sleep better at night, I have energy throughout the day and on my night shifts as well:) My sugar cravings have dramatically decreased. I used to be a Pepsi addict and have not had one Pepsi since I signed up!! I dont have issues with yeast as much. I also take the fast relief nerve health support for carpal tunnel and I dont worry about my hands falling asleep at night anymore:) I have never really struggled with pms pain or heavy flow but have definitely noticed that the pain is minimal and I have to be careful to check when my menstrual is because I hardly know when its coming:) My hair is not a frizzy as it used to be and my nails are stronger and healthier. I have definitely noticed my brain fog is lifted and can think clearer now. My face is clearing up and feels smoother:) My health has greatly improved in the last 10 months and will only get better. I am so thankful the Lord brought the products into my life now then say 10 or 15 years down the road because who knows how my health would be like then.
