Here is my take on yesterday and the rest of the season... We needed to lose yesterday. The expectation of this team winning 10 straight games to ride into the Super Bowl was unrealistic. Now that we know what lies in front of us, winning 4 straight to go to the Super Bowl is MUCH more plausible considering 3/4 games could be at Lambeau - with 2/4 guaranteed at home if we take care of business. Not to mention the media jumped on our bandwagon and couldnt stop praising Aaron Rodgers and this team in the last two weeks - creating a big fat target on our backs. If we roll into the post season as a 2-seed, all eyes will not be on us and we can fly under the radar to take this thing. The loss also gives this team a slice of humble pie at the perfect time. Every player/coach needs to reflect and get the notion that we are going to steamroll through the playoffs with ease out of our heads. A big ego vs. a hot team can derail Super Bowl hopes in an instant as we learned after our 15-1 season. We need to be angry, we need to be desperate, we need to get hot and not look back and it starts in Tampa Bay this Sunday at 11am MST. Go Pack Go!
