Here is my testimonial for Plexus: Friday I felt the beginning of a headache. By Saturday it was worse, and I was taking advil, as I usually do for headaches/aches/pains. The advil wasnt helping much and I was getting very cranky because of the pain, in addition to having problems focusing and concentrating. I went to bed Saturday night hoping it would be gone by morning. Sunday morning I woke up in a fog with the headache in full force. Light was bothering me, sound was bothering me, I was dizzy, I couldnt keep a thought straight. I had so much to do that day I just kept alternating tylenol and advil hoping for relief. By Sunday afternoon I was nauseated and could barely function and went to bed for 3 hours. I woke up and the pain was still there. I have had migraines in the past, but am not treated with migraine meds because they are so infrequent...I may have 2 or 3 in 12 months every 3 years or so. SO, I posted my issue on FB in hopes my dear friends might have suggestions. I was ready to send my sweet fiancé (who was sick and still also outside mulching the entire yard) to CVS for some Excedrine Migraine, when my friend and the person who introduced me to Plexus products (Sonya Lacy Mattey) offered to bring me some of the Fast Relief capsules and cream. She had just given it to her son that morning for his headache. This reminded me that I actually had these products in my new Plexus Ambassador kit. So, around 9 pm last night I took the capsules and put the cream on my temples, forehead, sinus areas, and the back of my neck. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that within 5 minutes, I began to feel some of the pain ease away. Within 15 minutes, the headache that had felt like a steel cable had been wrapped around my head and being pulled tighter had begun to lessen significantly. I went to bed around 10:30 with just a hint of achiness, less pain than when the headache had begun on Friday. When I woke this morning, there was no pain, no dizziness, no fog, no pressure. I was very leary of posting this on FB so early because I feared it would come back as the day wore on. I have spent 9 hours staring at the computer today doing research and writing a case study for my class, as well as writing discussion board postings. This evening, my two beautiful little ones came home from school and even their typical sibling fighting and screaming did not bring back the headache as I feared it would. I have been pain free all day long! This is MY personal story and experience thus far as to what these products can do. I dont know if I will go back to advil or tylenol for aches and pains.
