Here is my third super set. This triceps exercise is a bit strange looking, I will admit that. It was shown to me by one of those yoda type old guy bodybuilders are at 60 years old, used to compete in the 70s and are still walking the gym with massive and ripped guns. This is a very specific movement targeting the mid long head of the triceps. This is super setted with seated dumbbell curls. I prefer to do these seated as it restricts the ability for you to bring momentum into the movement.
