Here is my uncle David, he has inspired me to take charge of my health and change my life. On the left is him in Key West 18 months ago, on the right is him today in Newport. He has lost 35lbs, 2 @ neck, 8 @ chest, 10 @ belly, and had gone from a size 38 pant to a size 32. He has done all this in less than 8 months. He now has perfect cholesterol, no longer has high blood pressure, no longer snores or has sleep apnea , and he has not taken his daily nap once since he started.
