Here is my video answer to this week question : My question is what are the best practices for letting go of people and or situations that you might not really want to let go of? I have a family member, my oldest son, that doesnt participate with us (me, husband, and his 3 siblings). (...) Make no mistake, Ive grown. I have in the past, stood on the kitchen counter and yelled and cried. I dont do THAT anymore! lol I have let go to an extent. (to the very best of my ability right now) Its my son though. I figure I am NOT alone in this type of feelings and situations. Im not asking for a personal reading on this. Letting go is not an easy subject. I just want more guidance on it in general.
