Here is news from lost dog Patch - now reunited! Here she is our little Star She was found today wobbly out of some derelict farm buildings ( which had already been checked several times) This young man had just popped home for his lunch break. Jamie the hero of the day. What a reunion everyone crying and she sits quietly taking it all in...By my side of course..... Her visit to the vets showed puncture wounds to her neck ...which were shaved and cleaned, a little loss of weight. Very hungry, cold and smelly. So armed with antibiotics, pain killers and A special soft food for her sore throat we have brought our wobbly girl HOME. She has gone into her bed and never moved ...only her eyes follow me around the room. I adore her so much she is a true soul mate, she always knows what I am thinking, she walks by my side, we rarely need a lead.Coming from Spain she had never seen a cow or sheep in her life. The Alicante area is mostly arable,,,Grapes, olives almonds. No farm stock. We brought Patch home to the caravan site where both cattle and sheep roam freely, We told her to be careful going through them...Firstly on a lead of course. Now she never seems to notice them. Gentle, trusting quiet and faithful thats my adorable little Spanish girl.
