Here is our gorgeous girl Asha (now Lilly) who found her own poodle heaven with Mum Julie Dad Laurie and her new brother and sister Wes and Coco(Coco is the red head in pic no 4) last November. Lilly came from a breeding establishment and was a very tentative and timid girl when she arrived into rescue. That soon changed when Julie and her family took Lilly under their wing. She is now a very much loved and dare we say - spoiled member of their family. Here is an update from Julie Well we are 10 days from our first anniversary with our special little girl and I thought it an appropriate time to update you. She has really settled into the ways of the land in the Poodle Palace with her big sister Coco teaching her everything she knows, we wish her older brother Wes had taken her as his protégé, but alas.. the girls are the inseparable ones. She is a breath of fresh air to wake up to, unlike her brother and sister, she is full of beans as soon as she wakes, and likes to jump on the bed and give us big kisses to say good morning. She loves her walk in the park, following her sister smelling all the new day’s smells, then when she has had enough, walks with us so she can continually be stroked and cuddled. She loves meal times, you would never know she previously only had one meal a day, because she now tells us at 8 am and 6 pm my tummy needs roast chicken. She has more nicknames than anyone in our home, with all her special little idiosyncrasies: · Little Lily- cause she is the smallest · Bollywood- Because she dances on 3 legs and waddles her head · Meer Cat- because she sits up so straight and proud · White Coco/Shadow/Mini Me- because she follows Coco everywhere · Wild White – with so much excitement every morning, you would think it was her first morning of freedom every single day Thank you again for selecting us as this little girls forever home.. every single day with her brings us so much joy.
