Here is pretty much everything the email said: Yahoo! Twenty one pages of results in a word document! Thanks for your patience in my getting this out. A few reminders... The results are due to Amy Peck by Saturday the 23rd. I am asking that you PLEASE have any changes to me by NEXT Saturday the 16th, as I will be returning to work full time that following Monday and will likely be swamped with my job responsibilties at that time, and will need the entire week to get the changes done and to her. Thanks for your help in this! Also, double check both your name and initials in the Entrants list. Some of you had initials on your business cards that DID NOT match the names you originally gave me on the form. The initials used on the results list are the ones I am going with. I will change the initials on the entrants list to match the results, but I will not have time to change the initials on the results list, sorry :( Information needed is highlighted, please take note of that and if your information has been omitted, please LMK ASAP. Also, there were a few cases where there were two horses placed third, etc. If you have that information, that would be helpful also. Also highlighted. To make this as streamlined as possible, please give me corrections with horses full name, your full name, initials and class or classes as well as what placings would be. I think the judges did a great job, but I am assuming that this part will be the most challenging :) On another note....I know that the Facebook page mentioned this, but not everyone is on Facebook. You all collectively raised a grand total of $1399 and some change for Fast Friends Greyhound Rescue and Myersville Volunteer Fire Department. This is truly incredible and humbling!! Thanks for your donations, your time and your monetary contributions. Changes considered for next year. (Yes, there will be a next year!!) Major classlist revamp! There was a lot of confusion with that this year, so it will change. Hopefully same location, but I cant tell you how much I heard references from the hall staff, well you dont have to take the tables down this time, They agreed to the $650 fee (plus $200 cleaning fee) because you are just getting started and were giving you a break this year. They were for the most part easy to deal with, but I didnt appreciate a lot of the last minute fees, changes and surprises that I was hit with. I will be looking for something comparable for next year, as I didnt hear any mention of returning the half refundable cleaning fee after the show. I believe that they are looking to charge more for next year. YIKES! More awards next year! More rosettes, overall champs in breed, and hopefully ribbon flats. That will mean less of a donation to the groups, but I thought the overall donation was really generous :) It is highly likely that next year will be a mini only show. I know that this means that I might lose some of you, but that is truly my passion and what this show was meant to accommodate. If this is the case, I will likely combine OF divisions and China divisions, but keep AR and CM separate. There will be performance! Next year there will be a DEDICATED website for the show that ALL can access. That was a major problem this year. It was not easy to relay information unless people were on Facebook. I will keep the Facebook page, but it will be used for what it was these last few weeks. Discussion. I am appreciate of all of the feedback about this show, both positive and negative and will take all of that into account. I felt that everything ran smoothly and without a problem. I wasnt happy about a post 7 PM ending time, but I know lots of shows run much longer :) IF YOU ARE SENDING ME CHANGES TO MAKE TO THE RESULTS LIST, PLEASE EMAIL ME DIRECTLY, NOT ON THIS THREAD.
