Here is proof that meth addiction has hit Bentonville, AR. Wal-Mart has proposed the idea to let customers deliver packages to customers. So, if you are shopping and go to a certain desk, you can pick up a package to deliver to another customer on your way home. Why would you do that? Wal-Mart will reimburse you for the gas! WTH??? I believe that all people are essentially good. But, the ability to abuse this system seems infinite. Are those that offer to deliver pre-screened? Do the packages have active tracking devices on them? Proof of delivery? Who determines your gas mileage and reimbursement rate? Whose insurance covers the packages in case of theft, car crash, car fire, lost in route? LOL.
