Here is some #mondaymotivation for you. This is a short video of some back work I did this weekend. As you can see Im doing some assisted chin-ups at home using a door frame and a super band. Im working up to be able to do chin-ups with body weight only. This is one way to work up to that. But my main point is that you can get a great workout even at home with minimal equipment. My full routine was Assisted chin-ups till failure x 2 sets (30 second rest between each set) Bent over rows x20 x 2 sets each arm (no rest between each arm and each set) Repeat above x 3 Standing Bicep curl x 20 superset Standing Shoulder press x 20 Repeat x 3 (minimal rest between super sets) Wood choppers with resistance band x 50 each side 50 leg raises 50 crunches This should take you about 30 minutes.
